A Festivus For The Rest of Us!

Thanksgiving with my family was so fun!
Here's the travelogue:

My sister Cami her husband David and Andrew and Mary Jean.
We went roller skating at skagit skate. On Tuesdays they have "tot skate" in the afternoon. We filled the rink with our nine children. It only took 20 minutes to get the stakes on!
Brady was fearless on his skates falling constantly.
Elizabeth, however, proved to be very coordinated and managed very few falls.

The following day more company (girls) Arrived and a trip to Seattle wouldn't be complete without a trip to the OUTLETS and Nordstrom Rack.
Maren, Cami, Me and Michelle....Showin' off our jeans we purchased, and we all bought the same top at Banana Republic.
It's o.k. right? We all live in different cities.
Maren was hip enough to buy "skinny" Jeans
SOOOO....

Mark had to be Gay an try them on. Maren looked much better in them!

Pikes Place Was so fun.

I think the reason this was so fun was because it was Maren's first time visiting Seattle. She really seemed to enjoy all the "life" at the market. Unfortunately, right when she got her camera out she realized that she ran out of batteries. So I lent her mine. She captured some great shots of Seattle life!

True to Seattle, grunge band!

Maren, Grant, Mark and Jennifer eagerly awaiting the worlds best CLAM CHOWDER!

O' CANADA

Great shot of Grant overlooking Vancouver at Grandville Island. We walked around the little shops and eateries. Then headed off to the wave pool.

Ya Gotta Ride the Ferries

Grant, Maren, Lisa (mark's friend) and Mark having fun on the Ferry. I brought a deck of cards and that kept us busy.

I really like this picture Maren took of Grant, not because of Grant, but because of the enchanting fog. It really made the San Juan Islands look beautiful, Washington like!

Is he actually being nice to a Bird?
My Dad, for some of his life has raised chickens, raising them to kill them. This is quite a site to see him being nice to a seagull. Maybe he's lonely for the chickens?

So Cute! I vote these two the cutest couple ever!

Grant and Maren were married in August. I had only gotten to meet Maren shortly before they were married. So, it was really fun getting to know her. I can tell my brother is crazy about her, it was so cute to watch them snuggle and be so in love.

Thank you everyone for coming, I had a blast!

You are the hostess with the mostest!! Sounds like a load of fun, what a fun family and I am jealous that Mark and Maren can fit into skinny jeans! I have tried on like 10 pairs to go with my boots, and they look ridiculous on these thunderthighs!
Yes they are a cute couple! and cami is still a yummy mama.
