Back at it !

YES! Even though I am running really slow...I'M RUNNING! (just look at the sweaty underarms!!)
I never realized how much exercising does for my well being. Remind me of this in six months when I hate the DREADMILL!!!

Good for you Jennifer!!
Excercise takes a lot of hard work and dedication and you usually dread it but it's funny when you're pregnant and feeling SO big and pregnant (like me right now) you can't wait to start excercising again.
I'm sure you'll be back to your size 0 in a few weeks!!!

I know what you mean about well being. I was feeling so gross on Monday that I ended up getting bundled up and going for a long run outside in the snow. My foot hurt at the end, but my body, heart, and mind felt so much better! I wish our two treadmills weren't broken!
ps thanks for the puppy chow--now I have to go running again.:)

It is no wonder you always look so dang good--and now after FIVE kids! I am inspired and totally envious. I agree with April--I can't WAIT to start exercising hard again!

Go Jen Go!! I hate the "DreadMill" too. Much rather be outside. I can only get the Dreadmill at the gym, otherwise it is out in the freezing cold! Keep it up girl, although you look fabulous regardless! Hope you had a Merry Christmas!
