I loved Mark and Samantha's wedding. They were married in the Draper Utah Temple by Vaughn J. Featherstone. He counseled them to keep the romance alive in their marriage. A piece of advice we could all use. He also talked about only buying what you need not what you want..."If you do that you will always have enough money for what you need."

This is kind of a random picture but, I wanted to always remember this moment.Alley turned 11 on the day Mark and Samantha were married. She was such a good sport to not make a big deal that she was overlooked. My mom and I decided at the last minute to go to the BYU creamery and pick up some mint brownies (words do not describe the goodness of these brownies) and Ice cream. We all (all of my brothers and sisters that were around) yelled surprise as she walked in late after the BYU football game. Later she told me that her surprise party was the best part of the trip. What a great kid!
