You should know that Heather, Ashley and I have been doing your diet and we finally deemed it THE WORST DIET EVER!!! Somehow, we had a million rules and no one was losing weight. We're finally biting the bullet and giving up sugar. Maybe someday I'll be as skinny as you. Please send me a new dress.
