Just for Fun !

This may seem like a weird post but I'm curious to know, what you do to stay healthy? Whether it's healthy skin, eating habits, exercise or just drinking water, I want to know.
My tip: Don't shower until workout is complete. By the middle of the day I'm really wishing I hadn't slept in!

I was just talking to Marsha that the older we get the more we have to think about and do to stay healthy. But among all the stuff I do to stay healthy I would say my top things are: Run, eat less carbs and more protein (I attempt this anyway), get enough sleep, don't stress, smile and have a "can do" attitude.

And I don't exactly know how to put this into words but, I guess it would be, "make better choices" with food, with exercise and with your life. You know, better than you would do automatically. Make it a conscious choice.

I always drink a lg. glass of water first thing in the morning and then exercise on an empty stomach and not eat anything for an hour after I'm finished exercising.
I read this helps burn fat and not what you've already eaten...???

I don't know if it's true but it makes sense to me!

Eat watermelon. It tastes good, fills you up and not a lot of calories.

i've read this somewhere, but wear moisturizer with spf. It keeps you younger looking! Plus, you notice how guys look younger the older they get? It's cause they shave, so exfoliate your face!

Eat a lot when you are expecting a baby, so you have no regrets afterward when you wish you could have cookies.
