The Accidental 4th of July

Elizabeth went for a ride in the little wagon train that was attached to the four wheeler.  It got a little bumpy and she tipped out onto the pavement.  She had lots of road rash and 12 stitches in her elbow. She was super tough and made sure she did not miss out on the firework show later that night!  she is already on the mend and looking much better!

OUCH. Poor girl, that is so sad. Those pictures make my body hurt.
The same exact thing happened to my niece last year, she got pretty messed up too. I will have to remember to stay away from anything pulled by a 4 wheeler.
I hope she heals quickly.

Oh man, it made me feel so bad for her and you! I bet you did not like looking at your little one like that! I'm glad she's getting better already. I also hope she continues to heal quickly.

My poor Elizabeth!!!! That makes me cry! Certainly a fourth to remember, hope she is healing quickly and is not in pain--hopefully her siblings are spoiling her? Give her a hug for me! I want to hear about the rest of your trip~

O man we felt so bad for her. Little sweet pea. At least the scrapes are red in honor of the 4th.

Oh! I'm so sorry that happened. She got cut up worse than I had imagined. How is the big cut right above her lip? It looks like it is already swollen in this picture. I really do feel bad for her. Tell her we love her too. We love all of those kids of yours. I love the picture of the Polly pocket partyy too.
